The Finch vehicle, a 22 year old Duple 425 integral, was converted by BDA with the JWS re-styling package in 1995/6 after many years of service.
This conversion gave a much needed face lift to the front and rear, with new side stress panels and a distinctive body paint job.
The latest conversion to the vehicle up-seated the vehicle to 70 passengers in 3x2 form.
The vehicle floor structure was strengthened to accommodate the new floor tracking, and new Altro colour matched non slip floor covering fitted.
The 70 Buckingham seats were fitted with seat belts, and the central interior roof and rack pads was re-trimmed to colour co-ordinate with the seats.
Externally the distinctive body colour scheme remained. |
