BDA announces the successful tender to build 2 new Mobile Youth Buses for Sunderland Council.
Robust Training parked one of their BDA designed and built buses outside of the Welfare to Work Convention on 17th February 2009. Feedback from delegates was that the bus had “Wow” factor and that Robust Training were driving up the standard and effectiveness of outreach training provision by providing “such a professional and high quality training environment”.
To date the original Norwich SOS safe Haven bus helped 5050 people. From November 2008 the new SOS bus has helped 188 people and the medical unit has given aid to 109 people. In addition to the valuable urgent help given directly to individuals, the vehicles benefit the whole community as they improve the availability of emergency service who would otherwise be involved with those helped by the SOS bus.
UK-Website Workshop Limited (www.UK-WW.com)were chosen by BDA to update the company website in order to reflect the increasingly complex vehicles that BDA are producing for a wide range of community groups, local government , training organisations and other businesses. BDA vehicles are a great solution to providing high quality training in the community and enable many businesses to fulfil their social policy commitments in a very direct and positive way. |
